- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

Lemon Pepper Butter:
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, partially melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs, salt, freshly ground black pepper, minced garlic, lemon zest, paprika, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Thread the marinated chicken thighs onto skewers, pressing the meat tightly onto each skewer.
- Once all the meat is skewered, air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes.
- Flip the skewers and air fry for an additional 8-10 minutes at 400°F, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Lemon Pepper Butter:
- In a bowl, whisk together the partially melted unsalted butter, salt, freshly ground black pepper, lemon zest, paprika, sugar, and lemon juice until fully incorporated.
